Rhod is the CEO of Honeysuckle Health, leading the organisation's mission to transform healthcare through data-driven insights, personalised care, and innovative health services. With a deep understanding of the private health insurance and healthcare sectors, Rhod brings extensive leadership experience in strategy, customer engagement, and business growth.

Before joining Honeysuckle Health, Rhod spent 14 years at nib, where he held several senior executive roles, including Business Intelligence Manager, Chief Marketing Officer, Chief Customer Officer, and most recently, Group Executive for nib’s Australian Residents’ Health Insurance business. He played a key role in shaping nib’s customer and growth strategy, helping drive its evolution into a diversified health and insurance business.

From 2012 to 2019, Rhod represented nib on the board of Private Healthcare Australia (PHA), the peak body for Australian private health insurers. His career also includes five years as a strategic consultant with McKinsey & Company and three years in investment banking at Bankers Trust, equipping him with deep expertise in market strategy, analytics, and financial management.

Rhod is passionate about harnessing technology, data, and collaboration to improve health outcomes and make healthcare more accessible and efficient for patients, providers, and payers alike.

Misael is Honeysuckle Health’s Chief Operating Officer. Misael has extensive experience in clinical operations, clinical strategy and care management program development. Prior to joining Honeysuckle, Misael held several leadership roles, where he led the design and implementation of new health programs and total medical cost reduction initiatives. He is passionate about leveraging evidence-based care practices to improve health outcomes, enhance customer wellbeing, and promote affordability, simplicity and predictability of care.

As Honeysuckle Health’s Chief People Officer, Liam is responsible for leading all aspects of the employee experience, from attraction through to departure. He plays a key role in shaping organisational culture, driving engagement, and fostering high performance and leadership across the business. Liam leads the development of a strong performance culture and manages internal relationships through a business partner model focused on talent and performance. He is committed to building a culture that not only supports learning and psychological safety but also drives business outcomes through an engaged, capable, and high-performing workforce.

As Honeysuckle Health’s Chief Financial Officer, Greg is responsible for the group’s financial functions, including accounting, management and statutory reporting, audit, and treasury. Before joining Honeysuckle Health, Greg had over 20 years of experience in senior finance roles across audit, construction and manufacturing, the not-for-profit sector and private health insurance delivering on several strategic projects, including M&A and finance transformations. Greg is passionate about fostering a culture of financial accountability and transparency, mentoring new talent, and partnering strategically with the business to exceed its growth aspirations.
