Rhod is Honeysuckle Health’s Chief Executive Officer. Prior to Honeysuckle Health, Rhod spent 14 years at nib in a number of roles, including Business Intelligence Manager, Chief Marketing Officer, Chief Customer Officer and most recently as Group Executive for nib’s Australian Residents’ Health Insurance business. Between 2012 and 2019, Rhod was nib’s representative on the board of the peak body for Australian private health insurers, Private Healthcare Australia (PHA). Prior to nib, Rhod spent 5 years with a strategic consulting firm, McKinsey & Co. and 3 years with investment banking firm, Bankers Trust.

Misael is Honeysuckle Health’s Chief Health Services Officer. Misael has extensive experience in clinical operations, clinical strategy and care management program development. Prior to joining Honeysuckle, Misael held several leadership roles, where he led the design and implementation of new health programs and total medical cost reduction initiatives. He is passionate about leveraging evidence-based care practices to improve health outcomes, enhance customer wellbeing, and promote affordability, simplicity and predictability of care.

Katharine is Honeysuckle Health's Chief Strategy & Performance Officer. Outcomes-focused with over 15 years of experience in developing strategic and operational plans and executing strategic initiatives. Passionate about customer-centricity and collaborative approaches to solving complex problems. With an extensive background in healthcare, prior roles have included Head of Product and Market Intelligence, Head of Strategic Partnerships and Head of Personalisation at nib.

Sam is Honeysuckle Health's Head of Health Service Contracting. Sam has over 20 years of experience in the health industry, holding various senior management positions across different Health Insurers. He is passionate about facilitating access to results-driven quality clinical care through mutually beneficial relationships and driving improved outcomes in the health system.

As Honeysuckle Health’s Chief People Officer, Liam oversees operations across the employee lifecycle from attraction to departure. Playing a pivotal role in organisational culture, engagement, performance and leadership, Liam is accountable for the organisation’s performance culture while managing internal relationships as part of a business partner model for talent and performance. Liam is passionate about building a company culture of continuous learning, opportunity, and psychological safety where employees feel valued, engaged, and energised.

As Honeysuckle Health’s Chief Financial Officer, Greg is responsible for the group’s financial functions, including accounting, management and statutory reporting, audit, and treasury. Before joining Honeysuckle Health, Greg had over 20 years of experience in senior finance roles across audit, construction and manufacturing, the not-for-profit sector and private health insurance delivering on several strategic projects, including M&A and finance transformations. Greg is passionate about fostering a culture of financial accountability and transparency, mentoring new talent, and partnering strategically with the business to exceed its growth aspirations.

As Honeysuckle Health’s Chief Growth Officer, Cassandra leads the client growth strategy for the group, collaborating with clients and working across the Honeysuckle Health business to deliver products and services to meet our client’s needs. Cassandra has extensive experience in senior sales, marketing and product commercialisation in the healthcare and hospitality sectors. Cassandra is passionate about creating exceptional customer experiences, delivering value to our clients, and fostering a culture of innovation and collaboration to support our growth initiatives.
